Hot Pot

This was a zine made of series of illustration I made in a class project. I decided to explore the imagery of public bath house experience in South Korea but in a perspective of vegetables entering a hot pot.

The story follows an American Hamburger flying to South Korea for the first time and getting introduced to 목욕탕 (Public Bathhouse) by Korean Sweet Pancake. He follows other Korean food ingredients early in the morning to try it out and discovers a world of amazing skincare, maximum coziness, local snacks, and liveliness in lounging culture of the Korean Bathhouse.
